Upon You Arrival

For passing-through

• park in the customer car park at the main entrance, which is freely accessible and located in front of the reception chalet
• Check if the reception chalet is open. During high season, the usual opening hours are as follows:
  • Monday to Thursday from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm
  • Friday from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 9pm
  • Saturday from 6.30pm to 9pm
  • Sunday and public holidays from 6pm to 8pm
• If the reception is unattended, you can try reaching us using the doorbell at the reception chalet.
• For arrivals outside these hours or if no one can be reached, enter the campsite with your vehicle and choose a pitch.

For residential caravan and POD rentals

• check-in: after 3pm
• check-out: up to 12 noon
• PLEASE RESPECT THESE TIMES !
• If you are running late or no one present, use the bell located on the reception chalet
