GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTING THE ESTABLISHMENT
ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS
The reservation is agreed with the lessor SRL Le POMMIER RUSTIQUE – DURNAL campsite
The contract is a tourist rental contract. The tenant cannot establish his main residence in the rented building.
The establishment includes 20 accommodations with capacities ranging from 1 to 6 persons.
Tenants must respect the maximum capacity. Breaching this may lead to contract termination.
ARTICLE 2: TERMS OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Partial prepayment
Deposit: €200 in cash on arrival. Refundable after inspection.
ARTICLE 3: SOLIDARITY
The person making the reservation is liable for all co-tenants.
ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATIONS – EARLY DEPARTURE – NO-SHOW
No-shows void reservations with no refund.
ARTICLE 5: RESPONSIBILITIES – INSURANCE
Tenants must have fire and liability insurance.ARTICLE 6: DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Pets allowed with agreement and valid vaccination proof.
ARTICLE 7: USE AND OCCUPANCY OF PREMISES
Tenants must behave responsibly. Parties are not allowed.
ARTICLE 8: INVENTORY
Inventory checks are done at check-in and check-out.
ARTICLE 9: COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted within 8 days after stay.
ARTICLE 10: TRAVELER CHECKS
Identity verification required upon check-in.
ARTICLE 11: REDUCTIONS
Discounts available upon request before booking.
